What Changed

From Old Surface to New Asphalt

  1. Existing SurfaceCracked, worn, or gravel. Patched first where necessary.
  2. New Hot AsphaltTiny rocks, fine sand, and heated asphalt cement go down as thick black tar.
  3. Rolled and CompactedRollers compact the mat, aiming for about 90% compaction.
